谦卑型领导对创业绩效的影响研究——基于战略决策的视角

Effects of Humble Leadership on Entrepreneurial Performance——From the Perspective of Strategic Decision Making

作为一种兴起的领导风格,谦卑型领导是组织行为学的研究热点之一。文章基于组织战略理论,试图探究谦卑型领导对企业创业绩效的影响,同时考察决策速度和决策质量的中介作用。采用中国352家高新技术企业创业团队的调研数据进行实证分析,研究结果表明:谦卑型领导通过决策速度负向影响创业绩效,通过决策质量正向影响创业绩效,正负效应相互抵消,导致谦卑型领导对创业绩效的总效应并不显著。

As a recently emerging leadership style,humble leadership is one of the research focuses in the field of organizational behavior.Based on the organization strategy theory,this study explores the relationship between humble leadership and entrepreneurial performance.It further discusses the dual mediating roles of both decision speed and decision quality.Meanwhile,this paper maintains the data through 352 high-tech enterprises’entrepreneurial teams from industrial parks in China.The research results show that humble leadership increased decision quality and thus improved entrepreneurial performance (positive effects).It also reduced decision speed and thus decreased entrepreneurial performance(negative effects).Therefore,both the positive and negative effects of humble leadership on entrepreneurial performance cancelled out,which led the overall effects to be insignificant.
