摘要
随着人们对早期教育重要性的认识不断提高,早期教育人才需求众多,但早期教育专业的人才培养却相对滞后,且存在一系列的问题,因此,改善早期教育专业人才培养的现状刻不容缓,提升早期教育人才培养的质量势在必行。本研究通过对早期教育专业人才标准、课程设置、教学模式、师资队伍和实训室建设进行了深入分析,从调整教学安排、加强课程建设、改革考核方式、强化技能实训和开展校企合作等方面提出了改善早期教育专业人才培养现状的一系列措施。
With the increasing awareness of the importance of early education,there is a large demand for early education talents,but the training of early education majors is relatively lagging behind,and there are a series of problems.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the status quo of education professional talent cultivation in the early stage,and to improve the quality of education talent cultivation in the early stage.This study through to the early education of professional standards,curriculum setting,teaching mode,analyzes the construction of teachers team and training rooms,from the adjusting teaching arrangement,strengthen the course construction,reforms the inspection way,strengthen the skills training and university-enterprise cooperation etc.Put forward a series of measures to improve the present situation of early education professional personnel training.
