从青年医生视角看中国腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术发展历程

The development of laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy in China from young doctor’s perspective

我国腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术(LPD)开始于2003年;发展时间短;但进步快速。16年来;国内医生在手术入路、手术流程、胰肠吻合等关键技术方面做了大量探索工作。目前;我国LPD的手术量、手术技术和效果均处于世界前列。未来LPD的研究将逐渐从技术过渡至理论、培训、质量控制研究;需要与肿瘤综合治疗共同发展。青年医生应以谦虚谨慎、积极主动的态度推动LPD的开展与研究。

Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy began in 2003 in China with a short development time but rapid improvement. In the past 16 years;domestic doctors have done a lot of exploration work on key technologies such as surgical approach;surgical procedure;and pancreaticojejunostomy. At present;the amount and effects of the surgeries;the surgical techniques and theoretical levels of China all rank the forefront of the world. The themes of research on laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy will gradually evolve from techniques to theories;trainings;and quality control;which needs to be developed together with diseases;especially comprehensive treatment of tumors. Young doctors should become a new force to perform this operation with modest;prudent and proactive attitudes.
