摘要
分析了甲烷氯化物碱洗工艺的现状,提出了采用纤维液膜接触器来提高两相接触的比表面积,以此提高碱洗效率的方案,在生产过程中进行了实践。纤维液膜接触器可以大幅度提高碱洗效率,降低碱液消耗,可以为其他相似工况提供实际的借鉴。
This paper analyzes the current status of caustic washing process for methane chloride,and proposes the project that using fiber liquid film contactor to increase the specific surface area of the twophase contact,thereby improving the efficiency of caustic washing and practice was carried out in the production process as well,the practical application shows that fiber liquid film contactor can greatly improve the efficiency of caustic washing and reduce the consumption of alkali liquor,which can provide practical reference for other similar working conditions.
