医学生抑郁、自尊和乐观-悲观与自杀态度关系的研究 被引量:8

A study on the relationship between medical students’ depression,self-esteem and optimistic-pessimistic and suicidal attitudes

摘要 目的探讨医学生人口学特征及自尊、乐观-悲观和抑郁对自杀行为态度的影响。方法采用分层整群抽样,使用一般情况调查表、抑郁量表、自尊量表、乐观-悲观量表和自杀态度问卷对新疆维吾尔自治区某医学院校450名学生进行问卷调查。结果 427名医学生自杀量表总平均分为(2.81±0.30)分,对自杀行为持肯定态度的医学生为14.1%;对自杀态度总的均分中,年级、院系变量间的差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05),其中二年级低于一年级,临床专业低于非临床专业;医学生抑郁量表平均分为(19.34±7.57)分;自尊量表平均分为(30.18±5.12)分。乐观-悲观量表平均分为(32.78±5.27)分;抑郁与自杀态度呈正相关,rs为0.191(P<0.05);二元Logistic回归分析结果发现,不同院系和是否抑郁均影响医学生对自杀的态度(P均<0.05),OR值分别为2.813和2.586。结论不同院系和是否抑郁对医学生的自杀态度有影响,因此学校应该增强对临床专业学生的生命教育,尽早治疗抑郁学生,达到干预医学生自杀行为的目的。 Objective To explore the influence of medical students' demographic characteristics, self-esteem, optimism-pessimism and depression on suicidal behavior. Methods Stratified cluster sampling was used to enrol I 450 students in a medical school in Xinjiang. A questionnaire included general conditions, depression scale, self-esteem scale, optimism-pessimistic scale and suicide attitude was used. Results The average score of 427 medical students on suicide scale (2. 81 ±0. 30). 14. 1% of the students agreed on suicide behavior. In the overall mean score of suicide attitudes, the differences between grade and department variables were statistically significant ( all P V 0. 05 ), students in Grade 2 had lower score than that of Grade 1 and clinical students had lower score than non-clinical students. The mean score of depression scale of medical students was (19. 34 ± 7. 57)分.The mean score of the self-esteem scale was (30. 18 ± 5. 12 ). The average score of the optimism-pessimism scale (32. 78 ± 5. 27). Depression was positively correlated with suicide attitude, rs was 0. 191 ( P < 0. 05 ). Binary logistic regression analysis found that different departments and whether depression or not affected medical studentsz attitudes to suicide ( all P <0. 05), OR values are 2. 813 and 2. 586 , respectively. Conclusion Different departments and whether depression or not affect medical students' suicidal attitude. Therefore, measurements should be carried out to strengthen the life education for clinical students, treat depressed students as early as possible, and reduce medical studentsz suicidal behavior.
