江苏省苏州市住院病人健康素养及其影响因素研究

Analysis of the inpatient health literacy and its influencing factors in Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province

目的了解江苏省苏州市二级及以上医疗机构中住院病人健康素养水平及其影响因素,为针对性开展住院病人健康素养干预工作提供依据。方法在苏州市10个区(市)各随机抽取1家二级及以上医院,每家医院抽取住院病人150人,共1500人,采取面对面纸质问卷调查的方法,对住院病人健康素养水平和影响因素进行统计分析。结果苏州市住院病人的健康素养水平为31.82%。文化程度、职业、健康投资水平、自身健康管理和病人科室是住院病人健康素养的影响因素。相对于高中以下,大专/本科及以上住院病人健康素养OR=2.218;相对于农民,职业为工人及企业人员的住院病人健康素养OR=2.360、政府工作人员OR=2.872、其他职业OR=1.926;相对于没有对健康投资的住院病人,对健康投资大于1000元/年住院病人的素养水平OR=1.631;相对于没有进行健康管理的住院病人,进行健康管理的住院病人素养水平OR=2.030;相对于其他科室住院病人,内科住院病人的素养水平OR=1.577,外科住院病人的素养水平OR=1.565。结论苏州市住院病人的健康素养总体水平有待提高。对住院病人的健康素养干预工作可以根据其文化程度、职业和病种,采取针对性的干预措施,促进住院病人对自身进行必要的健康管理。

Objective To understa nd the level of inpatient health literacy and its in fluencing factors in sec on daiy and above medical institutions in Suzhou City, and to provide the basis for future targeted intei'ventions on inpatient health literacy. Methods In Suzhou, 10 districts are randomly selected a level 2 or above hospital, each hospital selected 150 inpatie nts, a total of 1500 people, by each district (city) health education institution professional staff and hospital investigator cooperate, adopt face-to-face paper questionnaire survey. Results The health literacy level of inpatients in Suzhou was 31.82%. College/bachelor degree or above, workers and enterprise personnel, government personnel, other professional groups, annual investment of more than 1000 yuan in health, health management, surgery and medical patients of higher literacy level, OR values were 2. 218 , 2. 360, 2. 872, 1.926, 1.631 , 2. 030, 1.565, 1.577 , respectively. Conclusion The overall health literacy level of Suzhou inpatients needs to be improved. The health literacy in tervention of inpatients can be earned out according to their education, occupation and disease type, and targeted intervention measures can be taken. Promote necessary investment and health management of inpatient health.
