中药联合推拿辅助治疗风热闭肺型重症病毒性肺炎40例

Treatment of 40 Cases of Severe Viral Pneumonia with Wind-heat and Closed Lung by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Massage

目的探讨中药联合推拿辅助治疗风热闭肺型重症病毒性肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取80例重症病毒性肺炎(风热闭肺型)患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组和治疗组均40例患者,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗基础上采用清热平喘汤口服联合推拿治疗,比较两组临床疗效,统计分析治疗前后两组中医证候积分及免疫功能变化情况。结果治疗前两组CD4+、 CD8+指标及中医证候积分基本相仿(P>0.05);治疗后两组CD4+、 CD8+显著升高,体征、症状、舌象及脉象各项积分明显下降,其中治疗组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为70.00%,明显低于治疗组的90.00%(P<0.05)。结论常规西药基础上辅助中药口服联合推拿治疗风热闭肺型重症病毒性肺炎,可显著提高患者免疫功能、改善其临床症状,临床疗效显著,有较高的临床价值。

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with massage in the treatment of severe viral pneumonia with wind 一 heat and closed lung. Methods: Eighty patients with severe viral pneumonia (wind - heat closed lung type) were randomly divided into two groups. The control group and the treatment group had 40 patients. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Qingre Pingchuan Decoction combined with massage on the basis of Western medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The scores of TCM syndromes and changes of immune function of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed. Results: Before treatment, the indexes of CD4 +, CD8 + and the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were basically similar (P > 0. 05);after treatment, CD4 +, CD8 + in the two groups increased significantly ,and the scores of signs, symptoms, tongue signs and pulse signs decreased significantly, among which the change range of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05);the total effective rate of the control group was 70. 00%, which was significantly lower than that of the treatment group (90. 00%, P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The treatment of severe viral pneumonia with wind heat and closed lung by oral Chinese medicine combined with massage on the basis of routine western medicine can significantly improve the immune function and clinical symptoms of the patients. The clinical effect is remarkable and has high clinical value.
