浅谈四乌贼骨一藘茹丸在男科的应用

A Brief Talk on the Application of Wuzei Pills in Andrology

四乌贼骨一藘茹丸出自《黄帝内经·素问》,是《内经》所载十三方之一。本用来治疗女子血枯经闭之证,但笔者在临床上发现有些男科疾病与女子的血枯经闭在病机上有很相似之处,故把四乌贼骨一藘茹丸大胆用于男科病的治疗,在临床上取得了意想不到的效果。现以男性阳痿、早泄、遗精几则医案分析方法,介绍四乌贼骨一藘茹丸在男性疾病的应用经验,以飱同道。

Wuzei pills, first appeared in the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic: Basic Questions, is one of the thirteen prescriptions contained in the book. It was used to treat the syndrome of female hemorrhagic amenorrhea, but the author found that some male diseases and female hemorrhagic amenorrhea have very similar pathogenesis, so Wuzei pills are boldly used in the treatment of male diseases, and has achieved unexpected clinical results. Following is the analysis of several medical cases of male impotence, premature ejaculation and spermatorrhea. This paper introduces the application experience of Wuzei pills in male diseases.
