老年高血压性脑出血术后早期行高压氧联合康复治疗的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Early Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy after Operation in Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨老年高血压性脑出血患者在术后早期行高压氧联合康复治疗的效果。方法选取2017年1月-2018年6月在大连医科大学附属第一医院确诊并治疗的220例老年高血压性脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组114例、对照组106例,两组在常规治疗基础上分别给予高压氧联合康复治疗和单纯高压氧治疗,评价并比较两组治疗后神经功能、认知功能、日常活动能力恢复情况及预后。结果治疗后两组神经功能、认知功能、日常活动能力均有所改善,且观察组上述指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组预后优良率为74.6%,高于对照组的53.8%,差异有统计学意义(Х^2=10.372,P<0.05)。结论对于老年高血压性脑出血患者,在术后早期应用高压氧联合康复治疗的效果较单纯高压氧治疗好,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation with hyperbaric oxygen in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods A total of 220 elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(114 cases)and control group(106 cases).On the basis of routine treatment,hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation therapy and single hyperbaric oxygen therapy were given to observation group and control group,respectively.The neurological function,cognitive functions,the recovery of daily activity ability,and prognosis were evaluated and compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the neurological function,cognitive function and daily activity ability of the two groups were improved,and the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of prognosis in the observation group was 74.6%,which was significantly higher than 53.8%of the control group(Х^2=10.372,P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,the effect of early application of hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation therapy is better than that of simple hyperbaric oxygen therapy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
