合肥市市售食物孳生粉螨情况调查

Investigation of acaroid mite breeding in food marketed in the City of Hefei

目的了解合肥市市售食物粉螨污染情况。方法采集合肥市市售食品,采用直接镜检法镜检粉螨,并制作标本玻片,进行螨种鉴定。结果共采集36种市售食物及尘埃样品,37种样品全部检出粉螨,隶属6科13属共15种,即粗脚粉螨(Acarus siro)、腐食酪螨(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)、长食酪螨(Tyrophagus longior)、椭圆食粉螨(Aleuroglyphus ovatus)、伯氏嗜木螨(Caloglyphus berlesei)、纳氏皱皮螨(Suidasia nesbitti)、河野脂螨(Lardoglyphus konoi)、害嗜鳞螨(Lepidoglyphus destructor)、家食甜螨(Glycyphagus domesticus)、热带无爪螨(Blomia tropicalis)、甜果螨(Carpoglyphus lactis)、粉尘螨(Dermatophagoides farinae)、屋尘螨(Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus)、罗宾根螨(Rhizoglyphus robini)、速生薄口螨(Histiostoma feroniarum)。结论合肥市市售食品中的粉螨污染严重,应采取适当预防措施,抑制市售食品粉螨的孳生。

Objectives To investigate contamination with acaroid mites in food marketed in the City of Hefei. Methods Food samples sold in Hefei were collected and microscopically examined for acaroid mites. Specimens of the acaroid mites isolated from samples were prepared, and the acaroid mite species were identified and counted. Results A total of 36 samples of marketed food and dust were collected, and all of the samples contained acaroid mites. Fifteen species, 13 genera, and 6 families were identified. The 15 species were Acarus siro, Tyrophagus putrescentiae, T. longior, Aleuroglyphus ovatus, Caloglyphus berlesei, Suidasia nesbitti, Lardoglyphus konoi, Lepidoglyphus destructor, Glycyphagus domesticus, Blomia tropicalis, C. lactis, Dermatophagoides farinae, D. pteronyssinus, Rhizoglyphus robini, and Histiostoma feroniarum. All of the samples were infested with T. putrescentiae, and two or more species of acaroid mites were present in multiple samples. Conclusion Food marketed in Hefei is seriously contaminated with acaroid mites, and this infestation should be appropriately controlled.
