新分离植物乳杆菌的药敏性和抑菌性试验 被引量:10

Antibiotic susceptibility and antimicrobial test of newly isolated Lactobacillus plantarum in vitro

摘要 从市售泡菜、酸奶、肉牛牦牛粪便以及天然植物等基质中新分离出8株植物乳杆菌,采用K-B法和双层琼脂扩散法评价这8株植物乳杆菌对13种常用抗生素的耐药性以及对14株致病菌株的抗菌活性。结果表明,不同来源所分离植物乳杆菌的敏感性基本相似,对β-内酰胺类抗生素敏感,但对万古霉素、氨基糖苷类和喹诺酮类等临床上常见抗生素均有抗性。这8株植物乳杆菌对12株指示菌有不同程度的抑制作用,对强致病性大肠杆菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌等的抑菌功能较强。这些具有良好抗菌性的植物乳杆菌具有防治动物胃肠道疾病的潜能,但仍需对其益生潜能进行深入研究。 Eight Lactobacillus plantarum strains were isolated from kimchi,yoghurt,feces of cattle or yaks and natural plants.The K-B method and the double-layer agar diffusion method were used to evaluate the antibiotic susceptibility of eight L.plantarum strains and the antimicrobial activity against fourteen strains of pathogenic bacteria.The results indicated that the antibiotic resistance of eight L.plantarum strains isolated from different sources was almost same and sensitive toβ-lactams,but highly resistant to clinically important antibiotics,including vancomycin,aminoglycosides and quinolones.The eight L.plantarum strains showed different degrees of inhibition on twelve pathogenic bacteria,and exhibited strong antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli,Salmonella typhimurium and Staphylococcus aureus,and so on.These L.plantarum strains with high antimicrobial activity and antibiotic resistance may be useful for controlling gastrointestinal diseases in animals,but the probiotic potential of these strains still needs to be further studied.
