房屋建筑开发周期短、时间紧,设计阶段时间也相对紧缩,图纸中错漏碰缺难以避免,因此,设计方需提供项目的后期服务。阐述了结构专业在项目后期服务中的必要性以及遵从的一般原则,并对后期服务的6个主要方面进行了详细说明。

The developent period and time limit of a housing construction project for structural design is usually short,it is inevitable for structural engineers to make some minor mistakes in the structural design.Thus it is necessary for structural engineers to provide a series of post services for the project.In this paper,the necessity and general principles of post services are both analyzed,and six main works of post services are studied in detail.
