文化自信是对自我民族文化的本质特征和未来前景的坚定信念和高度认同。对于任何一个国家或民族而言,文化自信是更基本、更深沉、更持久的力量。从国际比较视角看,文化自信作为一种文化心态在任何民族国家的现代化道路选择中都起着举足轻重的作用;从理性基础和形成机制视角看,真正的文化自信须以文化自觉为基础;从中国文化心态演变的历史逻辑看,文化自信历经“文化虚骄一文化自卑”的摇摆和曲折后而艰难树立,具有重要的世界历史性意义。在坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的新时代,唯有树立高度的文化自觉和文化自信,才能走好中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,建设中国特色社会主义文化强国。

Cultural confidence is the firmly belief and high recognition of our culture's characteristics and its future perspective.For ever state ornationalities,cultural self-confidence is the more foundational,deeper and more durable power?From perspective of international comparison,as a culture mentality,cultural self-confidence plays a decisive role in selecting modernization path for ever countries?From rational recognition and formation mechanism as foundation,real cultural confidence should be on the basis of culture consciousness.From the perspective of the revolution logical of culture mentality,the building of cultural self-confidence not accomplish at one stroke,but the evolution outcome after arduous and tortuous between the cultural arrogance and the cultural inferiority,and it is of important world historic significance.In the new era of upholding and building socialism with Chinese characteristics,only establishing high cultural confidence and cultural consciousness,can we take the socialist path of promoting cultural advance with Chinese characteristics,and then develop a strong socialist culture in China.
