摘要
选取吉农11、吉农18和吉育47抗性不同的3个大豆品种,研究了大豆蛋白酶抑制剂活性对大豆食心虫幼虫发育历期、幼虫重、危害程度及蛋白酶活性的影响。结果表明:吉农11胰蛋白酶抑制剂活性显著高于其他2个品种,胰凝乳蛋白酶抑制剂活性显著高于吉农18。大豆食心虫为害后,不同品种的大豆蛋白酶抑制剂活性均高于对照;幼虫取食吉农11与取食吉农18和吉育47相比,初期幼虫重明显较低,发育历期延长,幼虫蛀荚率和虫食率均降低;对大豆食心虫抗性表现为吉农11>吉育47>吉农18。取食吉农11的幼虫蛋白酶活性较高,其中胰凝乳蛋白酶活性在不同时间均明显高于取食吉农18的幼虫。大豆蛋白酶抑制剂能够影响大豆食心虫幼虫的生长发育,抑制剂活性越高,表现出的抗虫性越强。
Three soybean varieties,Jinong11,Jinong18 and Jiyu47 with different resistances to Leguminivora glycinivorella,were selected. The effects of soybean proteinase inhibitor activity on developmental duration,weight and damage degree of Leguminivora glycinivorella larvae and protease activity were studied. The results showed that trypsin inhibitor activity of Jinong 11 was significantly higher than that of the other two soybean varieties and chymotrypsin inhibitor activity was significantly higher than that of Jinong18. Protease inhibitor activity of different soybean varieties increased after Leguminivora glycinivorella damage. Compared with Jinong18 and Jiyu 47,larvae fed on Jinong11 had significantly lower weight during initial stage and longer developmental duration. Moreover,rate of harmed pod and rate of harmed seed were all decreased. The resistance to Leguminivora glycinivorella was Jinong11>Jiyu47 >Jinong18. Protease activity of larvae fed on Jinong11 was higher and chymotrypsin activity was significantly higher than that of larvae fed Jinong18 at different time. Soybean protease inhibitors could affect growth and development of Leguminivora glycinivorella larvae.The higher inhibitor activity,the stronger resistance of soybean to the insect.
