摘要
指出了1000kV特高压变压器由于其自身结构特点,在变压器故障检修时,通常需运回生产厂家进行检修,经济性、安全性和时效性大大降低。在科学分析的基础上,阐述了构建特高压变压器工厂化检修模式的可行性,突破传统检修瓶颈,打造资源集约化平台,引入精益管理理念,构建了工厂化检修新模式,在特高压南阳站主变压器检修中成功应用。最后对特高压变压器工厂化检修模式的实用性和推广价值进行了科学分析,为电网企业特高压变压器检修提供了借鉴与参考。
Due to its structural characteristics, 1 000 kV ultra-high-voltage(UHV) transformer is usually shipped back to the manufacturer for maintenance, which is not economical, safe and timely effective. On the basis of scientific analysis, the feasibility of establishing an industrialized maintenance mode of UHV transformer is expounded, which is above traditional maintenance mode with a resource integrated platform and lean management.It was successfully applied in the main transformer maintenance of UHV Nanyang station. The practicability and promotion value of the industrialized maintenance mode of UHV transformer are scientifically analyzed, which provides a reference for electric equipment maintenance of power grid enterprises.
