摘要
电站锅炉低氮燃烧器燃用高硫煤时容易造成水冷壁高温腐蚀,通过对600 MW机组锅炉燃烧调整试验,阐述了低氮燃烧方式下采用燃烧器配风及磨煤机投运优化的技术手段,实现炉内还原性区域与氧化性区域空气动力场的最佳分布,达到了燃用高硫煤时锅炉安全、环保和节能的平衡控制。该技术手段可为其他同类型锅炉运行提供参考。
High temperature corrosion of water wall is easily caused by burning high-sulfur coal in low nitrogen burner of utility boilers. Based on the combustion adjustment test of 600 MW unit, the technology of optimizing the operation of burner with air distribution and coal mill under low NOx combustion mode is described, and the optimal distribution of aerodynamic field in reductive and oxidative zones of boilers is realized. It achieves balanced control of boiler safety, environmental protection and energy saving when burning high-sulfur coal. This technical means can provide reference for other boilers of the same type.
