直流特高压支柱绝缘子失效原因及检测方法研究

Research on Invalidation Reasons and Detection Methods for DC UHV Post Insulators

支柱绝缘子是变电站运行的重要部件,起着支撑和绝缘作用。分析了直流特高压站支柱绝缘子的种类和失效原因,给出了支柱复合绝缘子和支柱瓷绝缘子的检测方法及检测仪器设备,重点阐述了常用的超声波检测法和振动声学检测法的原理和相关标准。在现有检测方法基础上,展望了激光超声等新技术。

Post insulator which functions in supporting and insulating is a key component for substation operation. In this paper, the types of post insulators in UHV DC power station and their invalidation reasons are introduced in detail in this paper. The detecting methods and equipments for the post composite insulators and the post ceramic insulators are given. The principles and relevant standards of the ultrasonic detection methods and the vibration acoustic detection method are described in detail. Based on the existing detection methods, new techniques such as laser ultrasound are prospected.
