摘要 通过宏观检查、数字化射线照相检测、解剖微观分析、直读光谱分析、硬度性能检测、拉伸性能检测以及有限元仿真技术,分析了某220kV输电线路导线耐张线夹钢锚断裂的原因。结果表明,钢锚在压接过程中受到外力损伤形成了应力集中,钢锚3个凹槽未被压接导致钢锚承担了导线的全部张力;在张力作用下裂纹源逐步扩展,当剩余有效钢锚截面积不足以承担导线张力时则产生瞬时断裂。最后,从施工工艺和质量控制两方面提出了改进建议。 A strain clamp fracture event of 220 kV transmission line is analyzed through macroscopic examination, digital radiographic testing, anatomy of the micro analysis, direct reading spectrometry performance test, hardness, tensile properties test and finite element simulation. The results reveal that stress concentration is formed when the steel anchor is damaged in the process of compression and the grooves of the steel anchor are not compressed, which causes the steel anchor to bear all the tension of the wire. When the cross section of the residual steel core is insufficient to withstand the tension of the conductor,instantaneous fracture occurs under the action of tension. Finally, suggestions are made from the construction process and quality control.
