摘要
通过成膜性能实验及观察膜的微观结构,研究MQ型有机硅树脂复配不同类型有机硅原料的薄膜特点,得到复配MT型有机硅树脂或复配硅胶混合物对薄膜柔韧性的提升明显。进一步通过抗迁移性能测试和感官评估的方法研究复配方案在唇釉配方中的表现,结果表明,MQ型与MT型有机硅树脂以4∶6的复配比例添加时,能够达到的持久力最佳。MQ型有机硅树脂与硅胶混合物复配后的不沾杯唇釉在滑感和不搓条的指标上均提升明显;同时还考察在哑光唇膏的配方中,通过添加有机硅弹性体,对比传统的硅粉配方,达到长效保湿、锁水的效果。在滋润度肤感评价中,也有明显提升。
The features of the film composed of MQ-type silicone resin and different types of silicone raw materials were studied by evaluating the film-forming ability and the microstructure of the film. It was found that the compounded MT-type silicone resin or compounded silica gel mixture exhibited significantly enhanced flexibility and toughness. The behavior of the compounded systems in lip gloss formulas was further investigated by migration resistance and sensory evaluations. The results showed that, when the ratio of MQ-type to MT-type was 4∶6, the long-lasting ability was the best. By compounding MQ-type with silica gel mixture, the indexes such as smoothness and non-rubbing-strip for lip gloss that was not cup stained were remarkably increased. In the formula of matte lipstick, by adding silicone elastomer and comparing with the traditional formula containing silica, the efficacies such as moisturizing and hydration for long time could be achieved. In the evaluation of skin moisturizing test, there was also a significant improvement.
