府澴河卧龙潭以下河段洪水调度方案研究 被引量:3

摘要 洪水调度是防洪工作的核心,本文依据水、雨、工情实况和暴雨、洪水预报成果,研究府澴河卧龙潭以下河段洪水调度方案,即当府澴河发生不同频率洪水时,分蓄洪民垸分洪对府澴河卧龙潭以下河段洪水调度的影响,以卧龙潭站水位作为控制条件,采用MIKE11水动力模型对府澴河的洪水过程进行模拟。结果表明:采用MIKE11较好地模拟了民垸分洪时府澴河卧龙潭站的水位变化过程,当发生不同频率的洪水时,拟定的民垸分洪方案基本上控制了府澴河卧龙潭站的水位。基于MIKE11模拟的府澴河分蓄洪民垸分洪结果可为府澴河的洪水调度方案提供技术支撑。 Flood regulation is the core of flood control work. Based on the actual situation of water, rain, work conditions and the results of rainstorm and flood forecast, this paper studies the flood regulation scheme for the lower reaches of Wolongtan in Fuhuan River. That is, when different frequency floods occur in Fuluo River, the flood regulation of the lower reaches of Wolongtan in Fuhuan River is affected by flood diversion by flood diversion and storage of civil embankments. Taking the water level of Wolongtan Station as the control condition, the MIKE 11 hydrodynamic model is used to simulate the flood process of Fuluo River. The results show that MIKE 11 is used to better simulate the water level change process of Wolongtan Station ofFuhuan River during flood diversion. When floods occur at different frequencies, the proposed flood diversion scheme of Minliu River basically controls the water level of Wolongtan Station of Fuhuan River. Based on MIKE 11 simulation, the flood diversion results of the flood diversion and storage embankments of the Fu River can provide technical support for the flood dispatching scheme of the Fu River.
