摘要
碘作为重要的微量元素,与人体健康息息相关,因而地表水中碘化物的检测也逐渐受到关注。本文综述了碘化物常用的5种测定方法及一些新型方法的研究进展,分析了各种检测方法的优缺点,针对操作难度、检测范围、准确度和精密度等方面进行了详细对比,便于在不同的实验条件下选择更加有效的检测方法。同时,结合各方法的特点,预期了碘化物检测的研究方向。
Iodine, as an important trace element, is closely related to the people's health. Therefore, the detection of Iodine in surface water has gradually attracted attention. In this paper, the research progress of 5 commonly used determination methods of Iodide and some new methods are reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods are analyzed. Detailed comparison is made in terms of operation difficulty, detection range, accuracy and precision, which is convenient to select more effective detection methods under different experimental conditions. At the same time, combined with the characteristics of each method, the research direction of Iodide detection is expected.
