Analysis on the information management system construction of Liaocheng river chief system

本文结合聊城市河长制工作实际,介绍了聊城市河长制管理信息系统建设的总体要求及架构,并分析了河长制与水利信息化之间的关系;阐述了系统在河长制数据化、可视化以及规范管理等方面的建设成效,并从夯实河长制信息化基础、河长巡河标准化管理、微信公众号使用等方面对系统建设提出建议。文中内容对其他地区河长制信息系统建设规划有借鉴意义。

Based on the actual work of Liaocheng river chief system, this paper expounds the general requirements and framework of the information management system construction of Liaocheng river chief system, and analyzes the relationship between the river chief system and water conservancy informatization. This paper expounds the construction achievements of the system in the aspects of the digitalization, visualization and standardized management of the river chief system, and puts forward some suggestions on the system construction from aspects of consolidating the informatization foundation of the river chief system, the standardized management of river chief patrol, and the use of WeChat public number, etc. It can be used for reference in the construction planning of river chief information system in other regions.
