昌江流域洪水成因分析及防洪治理措施

Cause analysis of flood in Changjiang River basin and flood control measures

景德镇位于昌江流域,沿江一带地势低洼,1949年以来多次遭受严重的洪水灾害,外洪内涝严重。本文对景德镇所处的昌江流域洪水进行了分析,并针对洪水成因及发生过程,提出合理的工程措施和非工程措施,以减小洪水对市区造成的灾害,保障市区人民的安全。

Jingdezhen is located in the Changjiang River valley, with low-lying areas along the river. Since 1949, Jingdezhen has suffered many serious floods, with serious flooding outside and waterlogging inside. This paper analyzes the flood in the Changjiang River basin where Jingdezhen is located, and puts forward reasonable engineering and non-engineering measures to reduce the disaster caused by the flood to the urban area and to ensure the safety of the urban people.
