随着中国改革开放的不断深入,中国与世界交往日益密切,对外国历史知识需求也急剧增长。新的历史时期,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦已经成为中国人的共识,培养大学生实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,无疑是高师院校世界历史教学的重要任务之一。高师院校世界史教学效果却不容乐观,其学科教学水平与中国日益增长的国际地位不相匹配,提升中国世界史教学质量和研究水平以满足现实需要迫在眉睫。伴随时代进步,研究历史的视角亦与时俱进,用全球史观、文明史观、现代化史观、生态史观、社会史观、科学发展观研究历史成为历史学科体系发展的新趋势,成果斐然。建设中国特色社会主义新时期,如何培养新史观优化世界历史教学,提升高师院校世界史教学效果值得进一步探讨。

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,China's exchanges with the world have become increasingly close,and the demand for foreign historical knowledge has also increased sharply. In the new historical period,the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has become the common understanding of the Chinese people. However,the teaching effect of world history in normal universities is not optimistic;the teaching level of its subjects does not match China's growing international status. It is urgent to improve the teaching quality and research level of world history in China to meet the practical needs. With the progress of The Times,the perspective of the study of history also keeps pace with The Times. It has become a new trend of the development of historical discipline system to study history with the global historical view,the civilization historical view,the modernization historical view,the ecological historical view,the social historical view and the scientific development view. The results have been remarkable. In the period of building a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,how to cultivate new view of history to optimize the teaching of world history and improve the teaching effect of world history in normal colleges and universities is worth further discussion.
