摘要 基于多用途船各区域功能布置特征,从结构强度特性、骨架布置型式、设备加强布置、功能使用要求、加强合理有效性等方面,结合规范要求介绍了36000DWT多用途船结构设计特点,以及对减少船体钢料重量提出了设计建议。同时针对规范直接强度计算分析要求,从计算工况,屈服、屈曲计算结果说明了舱段有限元分析过程,并对计算结果进行了总结分析,给出了解决方案和加强建议。希望对于将来开发设计同类型船型提供参考和借鉴。 Based on the feature of the function and arrangement in each region of multi-puq)ose vessels (MPVs), introduction to structure design feature of a 36 000 DWT MPV was given from such aspects together with the class requirements as structural strength characteristics, arrangement of structural framing system, structural arrangement for equipments strengthening, function and usage requirements, reasonable effectiveness of strengthening and etc. Some proposals were put forward to reduce the hull steel weight. At the same time, in view of the requirement from the direct strength calculation, the FEA process of cargo hold was also introduced according to the loading cases, yielding and buckling calculation results. The results were analyzed and concluded and some soultions and advices were presented, serving as reference and guide for structure design of the similar ship types.
