摘要
以38800DWT化学品船为背景,在CADMATIC平台上实现了泵舱内压载管系的三维建模,验证了布置方案的可行性,保证了船厂的生产节点。通过CADMATIC/NAPASTEEL接口,将船体模型导入CADMATIC平台,实现了结构、轮机间跨专业的并行设计,提高了专业间的协调性,从而确保了设计的准确性。在数据库中建立各型设备的参数化模型,实现了项目间的资源共享,初步建立了三维设备资料库,为今后的项目报价和前期设计提供了选型依据。在CADMATIC平台上实现轮机管系的布置,提高了管系设计的合理性,降低了生产放样的难度。最后,对CADMATIC平台在现阶段的应用中出现的问题进行了探讨。
Based on a 38 800 DWT stainless chemical tanker, 3D modeling of ballast piping in the pump room on CADMATIC platform was accomplished, confirming the feasibility of arrangement and guaranteeing the production nodes of ship yard. The ship model was imported to the platform through CADMATIC/NAPA STEEL interface, which achieved parallel design and coordination of structure and piping majors and ensured design accuracy. By establishing parameterized model of different devices in the data library, resources sharing among different projects was realized. Preliminary 3D device data library was established, providing the basis of selection for future proposal and earlystage design. Arrangement of piping system on CADMATIC platform improved the rationality of piping designing scheme and made production layout easier. Finally, problems that appeared in the application of CADMATIC platform at the present stage were probe.
