摘要
8000HP深水三用工作船为一型多功能近海辅助船,为深水和常规水域的钻井平台提供生产、救助、守护等服务,特点为功能复杂,设备繁多。管系生产设计重点是机舱布置,机舱布置的关键点是保证通道空间、设备维修空间。通过分析,总结了该船机舱设备建模、布置方法、注意事项和管系建模前准备工作、管系重量控制等。
The 8 000 HP deepwater AHTS is a multi-functional offshore vessel with diverse functions and complex equipment, providing production and standby service for the platform in deep water or conventional water. The key point of the piping production design is the arrangement in the engine room. The most important issue is the consideration of enough space for circulation and facility maintenance. Such aspects were summarized as the equipment modeling and experience of equipment arrangement in engine room and the preparation of pipe modeling and the control of piping weight as well.
