基于具身认知的体育与健康学科核心素养意蕴与培养路径 被引量:55

摘要 “具身认知”强调认知生成的具身性逻辑,与学校体育以身体为依托实现对学生全面教育的内涵相吻合。学生体育与健康核心素养的培养作为学校体育教育的基本目标,其运动能力、健康行为、体育品德的形成和发展均具有明显的具身认知性意蕴。在体育教学过程中,教师应从明晰体育与健康学科核心素养具身认知的内在逻辑、树立以身体为主体的教学理念、创造具身认知思维的体育教学过程、营造积极身体生成的体育教学情境等方面将具身认知的科学理念与体育教学实践相结合,有效促进学生体育与健康核心素养的形成和发展。 “Embodied cognition” emphasizes the embodied logic of cognition generation,fitting into the connotations of school physical education that realizes student comprehensive education based on the body.The cultivation of physical education and health core attainments of students is a basic objective of school physical education,both the formation and development of their sports abilities,health behaviors and sports morals have the distinct connotations of embodied cognition.In the process of physical education teaching,the teachers should,from such aspects as clarifying the internal logic of embodied cognition of physical education and health disciplinary core attainments,establishing such a teaching conception as basing the subject on the body,creating the physical education teaching process of embodied cognition thinking,and building physical education teaching scenarios for active body formation,combine the scientific conception of embodied cognition with physical education teaching practice,so as to effectively promote the formation and development of physical education and health core attainments of students.
