Objective Observed and analyzed the effect of slow squat training combined with static and dynamic balance instrument on the limb function index of patients with parking disease (PD). Methods 90 cases patients who admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into three groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and rehabilitation training, and the training group Ⅰ was slowly squatted on the basis of the control group. Training, training group Ⅱ combined static and dynamic balance instrument (SPS), from the two aspects of limb motor function and balance ability, PD comprehensive rating scale (UPDRS-Ⅲ) score, Berg balance scale (BBS) score, SPS The test results are indicators to evaluate the intervention effect. Results After intervention, the training group Ⅰ, training group Ⅱ decreased UPDRS-Ⅲ, the number of static abnormalities and dynamic abnormalities decreased, and the BBS score increased. Compared with the pre-intervention and control groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The UPDRS-Ⅲ score of the training group Ⅱ after intervention was lower than that of the training group Ⅰ, and the difference was statistically significant (t=5.507, P<0.05). After intervention, the number of static abnormalities in training group Ⅱ was lower than that in training group Ⅰ, the difference was statistically significant (x^2=4.590, P<0.05);the number of dynamic abnormal cases was also less than that in training group I, the difference was statistically significant (x^2=4.291, P<0.05). After the intervention, the BBS score of the training group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of the training group Ⅰ, and the difference was statistically significant (t=11.064, P<0.01). Conclusion Slow squat training combined with static and dynamic balance instrument has a positive effect on improving the limb function index of PD patients, which is worthy of clinical reference.
