低位B-Lynch缝合术联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗前置胎盘产后出血的效果观察

Effect of low B-Lynch suture combined with carprostatin aminobutanol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa

目的探讨低位B-Lynch缝合术与卡前列素氨丁三醇联合治疗前置胎盘产后出血患者的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月至2018年1月在本院治疗的前置胎盘产后出血患者112例,随机分为两组,各56例。对照组采用传统综合治疗方案,观察组采用低位B-Lynch缝合术与卡前列素氨丁三醇联合治疗,比较两组临床指标及不良反应发生情况。结果术中,两组阴道出血量对比,差异无统计学意义;观察组手术时间短于对照组,术后2h阴道出血量及术后24h阴道出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用低位B-Lynch缝合术与卡前列素氨丁三醇联合治疗前置胎盘产后出血患者,可有效控制术后阴道出血量,且不良反应较少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low B-Lynch suture combined with carprostatin aminobutanol in the treatment of postpartum haemorrhage of placenta previa. Methods 112 cases of placenta previa postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional comprehensive therapy, the observation group was treated with low B-Lynch suture combined with carprostatin aminobutanol, and the clinical indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the volume of vaginal bleeding between the two groups. The time of operation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the amount of vaginal bleeding at 2 hours after operation and 24 hours after operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.14%, which was lower than that in the control group (21.43%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of low B-Lynch suture and carprostatin aminobutanol in the treatment of postpartum haemorrhage of placenta previa can effectively control the amount of postpartum vaginal bleeding with less adverse reactions.
