摘要
废线路板中含有一定量的贵重金属,熔池熔炼期间,部分贵重金属进入烟灰中。本文以废线路板熔池熔炼产生的烟灰为研究对象,进行了铅的选择性回收试验研究。通过优化NaCl浓度、CaCl2浓度、反应温度以及反应时间等参数,确定了烟灰中铅回收的最佳工艺条件,为废线路板冶炼烟灰中铅的资源再生提供了新的路径。
The waste circuit board contains a certain amount of precious metal,and some precious metals enter the soot during the melting pool. In this paper,the soot produced by the smelting of the waste circuit board is taken as the research object,and the selective recovery test of lead is carried out. By optimizing parameters such as NaCl concentration,CaCl2 concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time,the optimum process conditions for lead recovery in soot were determined,which provided a new path for the regeneration of lead in smelting soot from waste circuit boards.
