Quantitative Assessment Indicators for Rural Domestic Waste Receivers and Transporters

收运员处于收运环节,是当前农村生活垃圾分类管理工作的最基层管理单元。本文利用数理统计学的方法,根据收运员每日上传的垃圾采收数据,建立了一套针对基层垃圾收运员的量化考核指标,以便全面、科学地评价收运环节的工作质量和效率。

Receivers are in the process of collection and transportation,and they are the most basic management unit in the current management of rural domestic waste classification. Based on the daily data of garbage collection uploaded by collectors and transporters,this paper establishes a set of quantitative assessment indicators for grassroots garbage collectors and transporters,in order to comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the quality and efficiency of garbage collection and transporting.
