摘要 针对传统的心率、血氧饱和度检测方法在现代医院的应用中存在的缺陷和不足问题,开发了一种基于LoRa的心率血氧实时监测系统。该系统包括一组患者佩戴的心率血氧实时监测手环和与心率血氧实时监测手环通过LoRa基站连接的服务器。心率血氧实时监测手环以STM328L151CBU6A作为处理器,集成MAX30102脉搏波传感器、SX1278芯片等。STM328L151CBU6A处理器首先对MAX30102采集的脉搏波信号进行预处理,然后通过心率血氧算法计算出心率血氧值并判断异常与否,SX1278芯片通过LoRa无线方式将心率血氧值或异常信号传输至LoRa基站,LoRa基站将数据或异常信号通过以太网的方式传输至服务器,服务器对接收到的数据或异常信号进行处理和存储,供每个护士站对每个患者的心率血氧状况进行实时的监测。实验表明,该系统传输网络稳定可靠、复杂环境传输距离远,对心率、血氧的监测准确度较高。 Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional heart rate and blood oxygen saturation detection methods in modern hospitals,a real-time monitoring system of heart rate and blood oxygen based on LoRa was developed. The system consists of a real-time heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring wristband worn by a group of patients and a server connected to a LoRa base station by a real-time heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring wristband. STM328L151CBU6A is used as the processor of the wristband for real-time monitoring of heart rate and blood oxygen,and integrated with MAX30102 pulse wave sensor and SX1278 chip. Firstly STM328L151CBU6A processor preprocesses the pulse wave signals collected by MAX30102,and then calculates the heart rate and blood oxygen value by heart rate and blood oxygen algorithm and judges whether the result is abnormal or not. SX1278 chip transmits the heart rate and blood oxygen value or abnormal signal to LoRa base station by LoRa wireless mode,and LoRa base station transmits the data or abnormal signal to the server by ethernet. The data or abnormal signals received by the server are processed and stored for real- time monitoring of heart rate,blood oxygen status of each patient in each nurse station. The experiments show that the system has stable and reliable transmission network,long transmission distance in complex environment,low power consumption of wearing equipment,and high accuracy of heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring.
