兔毛和毛油基础油剂及HLB值的确定

摘要 在毛纺助剂市场上,和毛油种类虽然较多,但是大多数都是针对羊毛生产用的。兔毛和羊毛纤维存在结构上的差异,开发兔毛用纺织助剂,对突破兔毛纯纺难题,推动兔产业升级具有重要意义。以单硬脂酸甘油酯、太古油、蓖麻油、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚(EL-40)为基础成分,复配一种新的兔毛和毛油。以摩擦系数变化率为主要评价指标,通过L9(34)正交实验设计确定和毛油基础油剂各组分最佳配比为m(蓖麻油)∶m(太古油)∶m(单硬脂酸甘油酯)∶m(EL-40)=4∶3∶3∶3;同时,当司班80和吐温80的HLB值为13时,对基础油剂的乳化性能最好,乳液能够保持72 h以上不分层。 There were many kinds of wool spinning additives and oils in the wool spinning market, but most of them were for wool production. There were structural differences between rabbit hair and wool fibers. The development of textile auxiliaries for rabbit hair was of great significance to break through the problem of pure rabbit hair spinning and promote the upgrading of rabbit industry. A new kind of rabbit wool oil was prepared based on glyceride monostearate,archaean oil, castor oil and castor oil polyoxyethylene ether(EL-40). With the change rate of friction coefficient as the main evaluation index, the optimum ratio of base oil agent to wool oil was determined by L9(34) orthogonal experiment design as m(castor oil)∶m(archaean oil)∶m(glycerol monostearate)∶m(EL-40)=4∶3∶3∶3. Meanwhile, when the HLB value of Span 80 and Tween 80 was 13, the emulsification performance of base oil was the best, and no phase separation occured even standing for more than 72 h.
