间歇式染色机的热效率

摘要 分析了以蒸汽作为热源的间歇式染色机在生产过程中的热量变化情况,提出了有效热量和热效率的计算方法,给出了计算各种热量的公式以及相关量的计算方法。通过实测案例说明生产过程中染色机热效率的变化,分析了影响染色机热效率的因素。 The thermal block of the batch dyeing machine with steam as the heat source in the production process was analyzed. The calculation method of effective heat and thermal efficiency was proposed. The formula for calculating various heat and the calculation method of related quantity were presented. The measured cases were used to illustrate the changes in the thermal efficiency of the dyeing machine during the dyeing process, and the factors affecting the thermal efficiency of the dyeing machine were analyzed.
