摘要
本文采用多物理场耦合软件COMSOL5.3对全尺寸厂房进行了屋面喷淋雨水与不喷淋雨水时厂房内温度场的数值模拟。通过分析比较两种模式下人员活动区的温度场,发现厂房屋面喷淋雨水比厂房屋面不喷淋雨水的人员活动区温度低0.1~2.7℃。本文还计算了屋面喷淋雨水时,各个时刻雨水所带走厂房内的热量。屋面喷淋雨水与采用空调器相比,不但初投资低,而且每天可以节约49.23 kW·h的电量。
Multi-physics coupling software COMSOL5.3 was used to simulate the temperature field in the plant with full-scale model when the rainwater is not sprayed and the rainwater is sprayed. Through analyzing and comparing the temperature field in the active area based on the two modes, it was found that the temperature of rainwater sprayed on the roof of plant is was 0.1~2.7 ℃ lower than that in the active area of the roof for the plant which did not spray rainwater.The amount of heat taken away by the rain at every moment when the roof sprays rainwater was also calculated.Compared with the use of air conditioners, spraying rainwater was not only low initial investment, but also saved 49.23 k Wh per day.
