摘要
通过对商业项目餐饮排油烟设计经验总结,介绍传统排油烟设计思路与原则,延伸提出排油烟系统精细化设计的概念,并探讨排油烟系统控制方式,避免资源浪费,以保证商业餐饮排油烟系统的达到有效、高效及节能运行。
By summarizing the experience of the design of catering exhaust smoke in commercial projects, this paper introduces the thought and principle of traditional exhaust smoke design, and extends the concept of refined design of exhaust smoke system. The control mode of exhaust fume system is discussed to avoid the waste of resources, so as to ensure the efficient and energy-saving operation of the exhaust fume system of commercial.
