故障诊断及预测性维护在智能制造中的应用 被引量:42

摘要 智能制造的实施过程中,对设备的可靠性要求以及设备维护管理的要求逐渐提高,对预测性维护能力的同步提升。针对预测性维护价值数百亿元的新兴市场,制造企业、设备管理信息化厂商、预测性维护服务厂商都将参与设备维护管理的整体环节,提出以设备故障监测、诊断、预防性维护为手段,将物联网技术应用于设备状态监测诊断的思路,实现设备健康状态在线监测、远程监控诊断的智能高效模式。建议将普遍采用的计划性检修向基于设备健康状态的预测性维护转变,最终实现提高生产安全稳定性、有效制定并实施设备维护策略、降低设备维护成本、减少设备停工检修时间的目标。 In implementation of intelligent manufacturing,the requirements for equipment reliability and equipment maintenance management are gradually increasing,and intelligent manufacturing needs to match the predictive maintenance capability.For the emerging markets with predictive maintenance worth tens of billions of RMB,manufacturing enterprises,equipment management information manufacturers,and predictive maintenance service providers will all participate in the overall process of equipment maintenance management.It is proposed to use the equipment fault monitoring,diagnosis and preventive maintenance as the means to apply the Internet of Things technology to the equipment condition monitoring and diagnosis;and realize the intelligent and efficient mode of online health monitoring and remote monitoring and diagnosis of equipment health status.It is recommended to shift the commonly used planned maintenance to predictive maintenance based on equipment health status;and realize the goal of improving production safety and stability,effectively developing and implementing equipment maintenance strategies,reducing equipment maintenance costs,and reducing equipment downtime finally.
