摘要
目的:研究野菊花水提物对胰岛素通路突变体果蝇发育及代谢功能的影响。方法:对照组突变体果蝇喂食正常玉米粉-酵母培养基,实验组突变体果蝇喂食含有10%野菊花水提物的玉米粉-酵母培养基,分别检测实验组果蝇喂食野菊花提取物后蛹壳体积、成虫体质量、脂肪体细胞大小、翅膀面积等变化。结果:喂食野菊花水提物后突变体果蝇的蛹壳体积变大,体质量和脂肪体细胞面积增加,翅膀面积及单位面积内翅膀细胞数增加。结论:野菊花水提物对胰岛素通路突变体果蝇发育缺陷及脂肪代谢紊乱等情况具有明显的改善作用。
Objective: To study the effect of extracts from Flos Chrysanthemi Indici (CI) on the development and metabolic function of insulin pathway mutants. Methods: The control mutants were fed with normal cornmeal-yeast medium, and the experimental mutants were fed with cornmeal-yeast medium containing 10% CI. The effects of extract from CI on the growth status of flies were analyzed by the pupal volume, the body weight, the fat cell size, and the wing area of the insulin pathway mutants. Results: It demonstrated that CI extracts could improve the pupal volume, the body weight, the fat storage, the wing area and the number of wing hairs per unit area of the mutants. Conclusion: CI could significantly alleviate the development and the lipid metabolism defects caused by the decreased insulin signaling activity.
