快速康复外科理念应用于肺癌患者胸腔镜手术围术期中的效果分析

Application of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative period of thoracoscopic surgery for patients with lung cancer

目的研究快速康复外科理念应用于肺癌患者胸腔镜手术围术期中的效果。方法根据随机数字表法将2017年8月至2018年7月期间在本院进行胸腔镜手术的肺癌患者80例分为两组,对照组40例、观察组40例分别采取基础性护理、应用快速康复外科理念进行围术期护理。将两组肺癌患者的疼痛评分、生活质量、护理满意度、住院时间进行比对。结果观察组肺癌患者的疼痛评分低于对照组[(2.84±0.95)分比(7.01±1.11)分],住院时间短于对照组[(4.00±0.79)d比(4.91±0.88)d],差异均有统计学意义(t=18.051、4.867,均P<0.05);观察组干预后的护理满意度评分高于对照组[(90.45±5.27)分比(80.15±3.95)]分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.891,P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分中生理健康、心理健康、物质生活、社会功能分别为(90.35±7.53)分、(85.27±8.39)分、(89.45±8.92)分、(86.90±8.44)分,均高于对照组的(81.22±4.65)分、(77.61±5.86)分、(80.16±5.79)分、(76.20±7.13)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.525、4.734、5.525、6.125,均P<0.05)。结论在肺癌患者胸腔镜手术围术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念可促进患者身体尽快康复,提升生活质量和护理满意度。

】 Objective To study the effect of applying rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative period of thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer patients. Methods According to the random number table method, 80 patients with lung cancer who underwent thoracoscopic surgery from August, 2017 to July, 2018 were divided into a control group and an observation group, 40 cases for each group. The control group received basic nursing care. And the observation group received perioperative nursing care with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The pain scores, quality of life, care satisfaction, and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The pain score was lower, the hospitalization time was shorter, and the nursing satisfaction score and the scores of physical health, mental health, material life, and social function was higher in the observation group than in the control group [(2.84±0.95) vs.(7.01±1.11),(4.00±0.79) d vs.(4.91±0.88) d, and (90.45±5.27) vs.(80.15±3.95),(90.35±7.53) vs.(81.22±4.65),(85.27±8.39) vs.(77.61±5.86),(89.45±8.92) vs.(80.16±5.79), and (86.90±8.44) vs.(76.20±7.13);t=18.051, 4.867, 9.891, 6.525, 4.734, 5.525, and 6.125, all P < 0.05]. Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the perioperative nursing for patients with lung cancer can promote their bodyrecovery as soon as possible, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction.
