地氯雷他定对慢性荨麻疹患者的疗效及预后的影响分析

Desloratadine in treatment of patients with chronic urticaria

目的分析地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效和预后。方法选择2017年3月至2018年3月本院慢性荨麻疹患者100例展开研究,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用咪唑斯汀治疗,观察组采用地氯雷他定治疗,比较两组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群水平,治疗后的疗效和不良反应。结果治疗前,两组患者CD4、CD4/CD8、CD8比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CD4、CD4/CD8分别为(45.82±5.53)%、(1.50±0.50)%,均高于对照组(42.16±4.90)%、(1.21±0.36)%,CD8(31.81±3.20)%,低于对照组(35.62±3.80)%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率96.00%(48/50),高于对照组80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率6.00%(3/50),低于对照组22.00%(11/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地氯雷他定对慢性荨麻疹患者的疗效显著,起效快,能够有效改善患者的病况,有利于患者的预后。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and prognosis of desloratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 100 patients with chronic urticaria treated in our hospital from March, 2017 to March, 2018 were selected for the study. The control group was treated with mizolastine, while the observation group with desloratadine. The levels of T lymphocyte subsets before and after the treatment, therapeutic effects, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before the treatment, there were no statistical differences in CD4, CD4/CD8, and CD8 between the two groups(all P > 0.05);after the treatment, the CD4, CD4/CD8, and CD8 were (45.82±5.53)%,(1.50±0.50)%, and (31.81±3.20)% in the observation group, and were (42.16±4.90)%,(1.21±0.36)%, and (35.62±3.80)% in the control group, with statistical differences (all P < 0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was statistically higher than that in the control group [96.00%(48/50) vs. 80.00%(40/50), P < 0.05]. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than in the control group [6.00%(3/50) vs. 22.00%(11/50), P < 0.05]. Conclusion Desloratadine in the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria takes effect fast, can effectively improve their conditions, and is conducive to their prognosis.
