摘要
针对某16吨轴重地铁转向架构架上某疲劳强度超限的焊缝位置结构进行了一系列的优化设计,并依据EN/UIC标准借助Hypermesh软件对这些方案进行了有限元分析,发现结构变化与对应应力变化的规律,最终寻求到合理的优化结构。
A series of optimum design of weld seam position structure on a 16 t axle-load metro bogie frame with excessive fatigue strength are carried out.The finite element analysis of these schemes is carried out by EN/UIC standard and Hypermesh software.The rules of structural change and corresponding stress change are found,as well as the optimal structure.
