摘要
叉车车架作为主体承载结构,为确保其使用强度和可靠性,应用有限元分析方法对其进行优化分析,同时通过试验分析方法对设计出来的试制车辆进行测试,得出的结果与设计要求进行比对,以提高项目设计效率,缩短设计周期,提高设计精度。
Chassis is the main load-bearing structure of forklift.In order to ensure the strength and reliability of the forklift chassis,the finite element analysis method was used to optimize the analysis.At the same time,the designed prototype vehicle was tested by the relevant analysis method,and the obtained results were compared with the design requirements to improve the project design efficiency,shorten design cycles and improve design accuracy.
