摘要
过定位是不正确的定位,在工件加工中会产生严重的后果。在确定定位方案时,要采取一些措施来消除过定位。传统阐述的消除过定位方法缺少具体的规则,导致难以解决一些疑难定位问题。本文提出基于定位基准消除过定位的方法,具有理性和规律性,为生产实际、教学、计算机辅助夹具设计提供一种具体、简单易行的方法。
Over-positioning is an incorrect positioning,which will have serious consequences in the process of workpiece processing.In determining the positioning scheme,some measures should be taken to eliminate the over-positioning.The traditional method of eliminating over-positioning lacks specific rules,which makes it difficult to solve some difficult positioning problems.This paper presents a method of eliminating over-positioning based on positioning datum,which provides a concrete,simple and feasible method for production practice,teaching and computer aided fixture design.
