社会资本视角下社区治理促进社会融合的实证研究——以成都市肖家河街道为例

An Empirical Study of Community Governance Promoting Social Integration from the Perspective of Social Capital——Take Xiaojiahe Street in High-tech Zone of Chengdu as an example

促进新市民与原市民的社会融合是新型城镇化进程中体现以人为本核心理念的主要政策方向。社区作为城市生活和社会管理的基本单元,社区治理将是促进社会融合的重要政策工具,而社会资本既是社区治理取得良好成效的助推器,也是体现社会融合的检测器。文章以社会资本为切入点,以成都市肖家河街道为研究对象,利用4个社区、29个院落共645份居民的问卷调查数据,构建了社区治理促进社会融合的二元Logistic回归模型,探讨社会资本在社区治理促进社会融合过程中的作用机制。研究结果显示:社会资本在社区治理促进社会融合的影响中具有部分中介作用。该结果从社会资本的视角填补了当前社区治理促进社会融合的研究空白,使我们更加清晰地认识到社会资本在现代化治理过程中所发挥的作用。

Promoting the social integration between the new residents and the original residents is the main policy direction that reflects the human-centered core concept in the process of new urbanization. Community is the basic unit of urban life and social management, and community governance will be an important policy tool to promote social integration, and social capital is both a booster of good results in community governance and a detector of social integration. In order to verify the internal relationship among social capital, community governance and social integration, this paper first through the literature research, established the basic theoretical understanding of social capital through community governance to promote social integration. Then taking the Xiaojiahe street in Chengdu High-tech Zone as the research object, using the four communities, 26 courtyards, a total of 655 residents of the questionnaire data to construct the binary logistic regression model of community governance to promote social integration, to explore the mechanism of social capital in the process of community governance to promote social integration. The results show that social capital has a partial intermediary role in the influence of community governance to promote social integration.The research results not only complement the current research gap of community governance to promote social integration from the perspective of social capital, but also let us more clearly recognize the role of social capital in the process of modern governance.
