摘要 目的:分别用填充柱(407有机担体)和毛细管柱(HP-5)进行水中氯乙烯的检测。对比了两种柱子用顶空法测定氯乙烯时各自的优缺点。方法:取6个顶空瓶分别加入10.0 mL的水,然后分别加入0.1 mL DMA到顶空瓶中,密封。向顶空瓶中分别注入10 μL,20 μL,40 μL,60 μL,80 μL的50 μg/mL的氯乙烯标准溶液,然后将顶空瓶置于50℃的水浴锅中,恒温30 min后抽取0.25 mL上层气体进样分析[1]。结果:用填充柱(407有机担体)分析水中氯乙烯时回收率和检出限均优于用毛细管柱(HP-5),且不受样品中甲醇的影响。结论:用填充柱(407有机担体)分析水中氯乙烯比毛细管柱(HP-5)效果更好。 In this study,we detected vinyl chloride in water by headspace method with packed column (407 organic support) and capillary column (HP-5) respectively,and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the two columns.The method was as follows:add 10.0 mL of water into 6 headspace bottles,then add 0.1 mL of DMA into the headspace bottles,seal up;inject 10 μL,20 μL,40 μL,60 μL,80 μL of vinyl chloride standard solution (50 μg/mL) into the headspace bottles respectively,then place the headspace bottles in water bath at 50 °C;remain constant temperature for 30 min,then take 0.25 mL of the upper air for analysis.The results showed that,the recovery rate and detection limit of vinyl chloride detected with packed column (407 organic support) were better than those with capillary column (HP-5),and were not affected by methanol in the sample.It was proved that packed column (407 organic support) was more suitable for the analysis of vinyl chloride in water than capillary column (HP-5).
