摘要
对熔融层积成型(FDM)技术的3D打印工艺进行研究,比较分析采用打印文件不同的切片参数对模型拉丝情况影响,减低FDM-3D打印模型过程中出现的拉丝情况。实验结果显示切片参数中的回抽距离、回抽速度和打印温度对模型拉丝现象有比较大的影响。当回抽距离为2mm、回抽速度为2500mm/min、打印温度为195℃时,打印模型的拉丝现象最少。
In this paper,the 3D printing process of melt stratification moulding(FDM)technology is studied,and the effects of different slice parameters of printed files on the drawing of the model are compared and analyzed,so as to reduce the drawing situation in the process of FDM-3D printing model.The experimental results show that the withdrawal distance,the withdrawal speed and the printing temperature of the slice parameters have great influence on the model drawing phenomenon.When the drawing distance is 2 mm,the drawing speed is 2500 mm/min and the printing temperature is 195℃,the drawing phenomenon of the printing model is the least.
