摘要 通过对逆向工程及3D打印在复杂结构件修复中的优势进行分析,提出了应用逆向工程及3D打印进行结构件修复的流程,并以实训设备抽油泵中应用实现修复为实例进行论证。重点介绍了抽油泵叶轮的逆向工程建模以及3D打印操作过程,验证了逆向工程及3D打印在复杂结构件修复中应用的可行性及推广前景。 Through the analysis of the advantages of reverse engineering and 3D printing in the repair of complex structural parts,the process of applying reverse engineering and 3D printing to repair the structure is proposed,and the application of repair in the pumping equipment of training equipment is taken as an example to demonstrate.The reverse engineering modeling and 3D printing operation process of the pump impeller are introduced,and the feasibility and promotion prospect of reverse engineering and 3D printing in the repair of complex structures are verified.
