摘要
基于工艺性分析、合适的加工方法与工序选择、最佳加工路线、工序卡制定、刀具安装设计,简单介绍了优化改进数控车床加工工艺流程的基本路径,并采用案例研究法围绕LED灯具配套的刀口散热器加工工艺流程优化改进开展了深入探讨,为相关业内人士带来一定启发。
On the basis of technological analysis,suitable processing methods and process selection,optimal processing route,process card formulation and tool installation design,the basic path of optimizing and improving the process flow of NC lathe was introduced.The case study method is used to carry out in-depth discussion on the optimization and improvement of the process flow of knife-edge radiator matched with LED lamps and lanterns,bringing certain benefits to relevant professionals.
