摘要 在保证产品质量的前提下,为降低产品设计成本,减少设计者的重复性劳动,缩短产品的研发周期,提高设计效率,将基于混合推理的变型设计应用到龙门机械手中,对以往设计知识进行重用、修改和推理,设计出符合客户需求的产品。在对龙门机械手结构及特点进行研究的基础上,利用基于模块化的方法建立知识库;龙门机械手采用基于实例推理(CBR)和基于规则推理(RBR)相结合的混合推理变型设计,弥补单独选用RBR推理或者CBR推理存在明显的不足,实现了龙门机械手的变型设计。 On the premise of guarantee the quality of products,to reduce the cost of product design,reduce the repetitive labor designers,shorten product development cycle,improve the efficiency of design,the variant design based on hybrid reasoning applied to longmen,mechanical hand of previous design knowledge reuse,modify,and reasoning,to design products that meet the needs of customers.On the basis of the research on the structure and characteristics of gantry manipulator,the knowledge base was established by using the modular method.The gantry manipulator adopts the mixed inference variant design which is based on instance reasoning(CBR)and rule-based reasoning(RBR),which makes up for the obvious deficiency of selecting RBR reasoning or CBR reasoning alone,and realizes the variant design of gantry manipulator.
